Para-Nordic cross-country skiing is a sport for athletes with a physical or visual impairment. Athletes can exercise the sport standing or sitting according to their abilities. Standing skiing is practiced by people with a physical disability or limited vision. Athletes with visual impairments are accompanied by a guide who tells them the path to follow during competitions. The seated ski, the skier uses a sledge, shaped like a chair, which is installed on two cross-country skis. Short sticks are used for propulsion
